Paciente de 45 años de edad, HIV positiva. En tratamiento antirretroviral estable. Carga Viral <50 copias, CD4 715 cel 23 %. Refiere haber comenzado 72 hs. antes con ardor en la zona. Cree haber sido picada por una "arañita". El día de la consulta presentaba sólo unas pocas lesiones vesiculares, algunas destechadas, que son las que están en primer plano, con un halo eritematoso, sobreelevado. Al día siguiente presentó lesiones vasiculares más extensas.Su diagnóstico? Iniciaría tratamiento?
